Admission Requirements 2014

 First-Year Applicant

 Transfer Applicants

  • 3 Original Birth Certificates extended by RENAP

  • 2 Photocopies of the Birth Certificate

  • 2 Pictures ID Size

  •  A photocopy of the parents Document of Identification (DPI) or Passport.

  • Photocopy  of proof of immunization (applies only to preschool)

  • Reference letter from the previous school.

  • A letter from the previous school stating that all school fees have been paid

  • Complete transcripts and all withdrawal forms from previous school (certificates and diplomas)

NOTE: The child’s transcripts must be complete, otherwise you must present a letter from the other institution stating the exact date in which the child’s file will be turned in complete.

The child’s enrollment will be effective only if all required documents are complete and turned in to direction.

Uniform is mandatory starting from primary, which consists of blue jeans, (women can wear a blue jean skirt), black shoes and a blue or white school polo shirt. For physical education the student must wear the school’s white t-shirt and blue sweat pants.

DATES FOR ADMISSION EXAMS

 (Starting from preschool) 8:30 a.m

Idioma Español (Spanish), Matemática (Mathematics), and Language Arts written and oral.

The cost per student is Q.50.00

Admission Examination Purposes:
  • Identificar si el alumno o alumna está apto para el grado académico del colegio. Los resultados nos muestran donde debemos incidir con programas de reforzamiento (nivelación), etc.

  • Identify whether the pupil’s academic level is adequate for the grade in which the child is being examined. The results will show where we must focus our reinforcement programs if needed.

  • Los alumnos de básicos a bachillerato. El inglés que se pide determina la admisión en nuestro centro de estudios. Dado que el pensum requiere de determinados conocimientos (alto) del idioma.

  • Junior high and high school students must have a certain level of English in order to be admitted to the school. Due to some subjects in the curriculum the student must have a high level of English.
